I found this released photo pictured above from the Navy that spells out “Happy Birthday King”. We have said that our signal flags can spell out anything that you want. The Navy uses repeater flags when they spell out a message. An example would be the word “Happy”. They would show the letter P as a flag and then have a repeater 1 for the second P in the word. When we fill an order with repeated letters you get the flag each time. In the above example we would include two P letter flags. Below is IB Designs, USA signal flag alphabet.
Since the flags in the Navy picture look small (but actually are quite large) this is what “Happy Birthday” looks like with our signal flags. All flags are 8″ x 8″ except for the A and the B. They are 9″ long to the point.
