Navy Christmas Pictures around the World

I wanted to share a few pictures of some of the ways that the Navy celebrates Christmas. It has to be hard to be so far away during the holiday’s. Our thoughts are with you.

Description:   Guided missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) celebrates the Christmas season with a brilliant illumination of Christmas lights.

YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 14, 2007) The 7th Fleet Band Saxophone Quartet played holiday music for the children and staff of the Child Development Center during a “Winter Wonderland” Christmas party at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. The event gave the quartet the opportunity to bring some holiday cheer to the Christmas party. U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Kari R. Bergman (Released)
