With the 4th of July just around the corner I decided to post this picture of what “America” would spell in Navy Signal Flags. We are proud of the ones in the military that put there life on the line to protect our country. To all that are away on this Independence Day you are not forgotten!

Signal Flag Message Combinations -2 Flag

Although each signal flag has a meaning of it’s own when you use it conjecture with another signal flag it can also take on a whole new message.  As an example the letter “A” means Alpha and the letter “B” means Bravo. When the two are put together it means  “Abandon ship as fast as possible”.

Below I have put together a picture of different flag combinations.

There are many other combination’s and in the future I will show more on this blog.  Because the flags are so colorful they can be seen from a great distance.

Decorating your Home with Nautical Navy Signal Flags

I was going through some of my folders with all my pictures. I have lots of signal flag pictures that I have accumulated in the last few years. This post is a hodge-podge of a few of my favorites. If you are planning on decorating your home or apartment I thought this might give you a few ideas.

This doughnut picture is just for fun. Since we say “Anything you can spell, we can make!” this pic will take it to a new level:)

If you have a balcony outside why not tie a banner with your name. This one spells “Abigails” in signal flags.

If you are in business this picture above spells “Now Open”

This last picture is with one of our valances and spell “Emily”.
